JOB SUMMARY:
As a Director of Product Management, you will shape the product strategy and development to enhance customer engagement for the Platform charter in the Viewer experience team. You will establish a clear vision, create a roadmap for success, and nurture a high-performing product organization focused on innovation and customer satisfaction. The goal is to architect a hyper-scale, intelligent platform backbone that ensures flawless content delivery at scale and harnesses AI-driven video comprehension to unlock next-gen streaming experiences, serving as an adaptable foundation for future media innovations and evolving user behaviors. This role involves overseeing a dynamic team of product managers and providing strategic direction to a cross-functional group of engineers, designers, data scientists, and specialists.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop product strategy and roadmap focused on enhancing content discoverability and optimizing the consumption journey
Create value through a clear vision, addressing product challenges holistically while fostering a vision and culture for team success
Leverage extensive experience in guiding technical products to lead strategic roadmaps for JioHotstar's key components, ensuring meticulous attention to detail, clear communication, and effective problem-solving
Develop frameworks and strategies to analyze the competitive landscape, identify data partnerships, and explore new opportunities
Drive data analytics, user research, and market insights to refine JioHotstar's consumer experience offerings, utilizing expertise in guiding technical products
Innovate with a long-term vision, addressing product challenges from a business perspective, prioritizing effectively, and adjusting course as needed
Demonstrate ownership, action bias, and collaboration, driving accountability, guiding team success, providing constructive feedback, and evolving organizational structures

PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
A Bachelor's or Master’s degree with at least 11+ years of Product Management experience in the consumer technology sector, including 3 years in a leadership role
